Victor Galvez

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:

Victor Cruz Galvez of Fresno.  A judge issued a bench warrant for failing to report to court on a charge of domestic violence.

Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic violence call and contacted a woman who was the girlfriend of Victor Galvez.  Deputies learned the two got into an argument, which lead to Galvez throwing the woman down onto a bed and then choking her.  As she tried to leave the home, he continued choking her several more times.  Once the woman finally left, she contacted the Sheriff’s Office to make a report.  Deputies arrested Galvez and booked him into the Fresno County Jail.  He spent two days in custody and was then let out as part of a probation pre-trial supervision agreement.  However, he never reported to his court hearing.

Victor Galvez is 20 years old, 6’4”, 200 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.  He has tattoos on his face of the number “8” and the letters “SSG.”
