Faustino Perez

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:

Faustino Perez of Fresno.  A judge issued a probation violation warrant related to charges of vandalism, DUI and resisting arrest.

Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a man who used his vehicle to intentionally hit and damage a camping trailer.  The suspect, Faustino Perez, got out of his vehicle and ran away.  Air support tracked Perez from above while leading deputies to a house where Perez was trying to break in through a window.  Perez tried running away from deputies, but they were able to take him into custody.  He was evaluated and found to be drunk.

Deputies booked him into the Fresno County Jail on charges of vandalism, DUI, resisting arrest and several outstanding warrants.  He remained in custody for five months before being released on a probationary agreement.  An agreement he has since violated.

Faustino Perez is 29 years old, 5’9”, 150 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.
