Meet Cow A008743! Cow is a 2 month old, male, black, white and tan tricolor, Terrier blend. Cow is as sweet as pie. He arrived at the Central California SPCA as a tiny puppy and was too small to go up for adoption. Our Foster Coordinator found Cow and his 5 siblings a foster home. Somewhere they could grow up and play and be silly puppies until they are old enough to go up for adoption. Well today is the day! Cow is adorable and he is ready to find a loving forever home.
