The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:
Lane Douglas Pipkin of Fresno. A judge has issued a probation violation warrant for charges of domestic violence and kidnapping.
Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home where a disturbance had taken place. There they discovered Lane Pipkin had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend. Things escalated with Pipkin slapping and punching the woman in the face. As she tried to escape the house, Pipkin grabbed her by the hair and dragged her back inside. He proceeded to grab her by the neck and choke her, kicked her in the ribs and threatened to kill her. The woman made it to a room, locked herself inside and dialed 911. Deputies arrived and arrest Pipkin.
Deputies booked him into the Fresno County Jail. He spent six months in custody and was then released on a probationary agreement. An agreement he has since violated.
