Juan Barrentos Mejia of Selma. An arrest warrant has been issued for being a sex offender who has failed to register his new address.
As a registered sex offender who was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a child, putting this information on file with law enforcement is a requirement under the law. As a matter of public safety and transparency, it is critical for law enforcement to determine Mejia’s whereabouts. He was last known to stay at a home near South Willow and East Mountain View Avenues in Selma.
Mejia is 69 years old. He is 5’3”, 145 lbs., with brown eyes and gray hair. He may have a mustache and goatee.
