The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:
Carol Lynn Mello of Squaw Valley. A probation violation warrant has issued for a charge of elder abuse.
Deputies responded to a home and took Carol Mello into custody after she was found to have attacked and injured an elderly woman. Mello was booked into the Fresno County Jail. She spent nine months in custody and was then let out with a probationary release agreement. She has since violated that agreement.
Carol Mello is 49 years old, 5’7”, 170 lbs., with hazel eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo of a “rose” on her left shoulder
