Paulino Vargas of Fresno. A judge has issued a bench warrant for failing to report to court on charges related to child sex abuse.
Deputies received a report of Paulino Vargas performing sexual acts with a child. During the investigation, they developed a timeline and learned specific details, which confirmed illegal behavior had occurred.
Deputies arrested Paulino Vargas and booked him into the Fresno County Jail. He posted bond was released three weeks later. He has since failed to show up to his court hearing.
Paulino Vargas is 68 years old, 5’5”, 160 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
